Program Name: Ark Veterinary Notifications
Program Description: MatrixFlow LLC, operating the Ark veterinary platform, sends automated transactional text messages to pet owners who have opted in. Messages are transactional and informational.
You give consent directly to MatrixFlow LLC and its Ark platform. You opt in by submitting your mobile phone number on the Ark SMS signup page and checking the consent box, or by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to text notifications when you create your Ark pet portal account. The consent box is never checked in advance, and text notification consent is never bundled with any other agreement.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may also manage your text notification preferences in your Ark pet portal account under Profile Settings.
Message frequency varies based on your pet's scheduled appointments, preventative care needs, and boarding stays. Typical frequency is 2 to 8 messages per month. You may receive additional messages if you have multiple pets or frequent appointments.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive a one time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you opt back in.

Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information, text messaging opt in data, and text messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
