Ark ("Ark," "we," "us," or "our") is a cloud based veterinary practice management platform operated by MatrixFlow LLC. This page describes the text messaging (SMS) program that MatrixFlow LLC operates through the Ark platform, including how pet owners opt in, what messages they receive, and how they can manage or stop those messages.

Consent is given directly to MatrixFlow LLC and its Ark platform. You opt in in one of two ways:
The consent box is never checked in advance, and text notification consent is never bundled with any other agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional text messages from Ark related to your pet's care, including:
Message frequency varies based on your pet's upcoming appointments and care needs. Typical frequency is 2 to 8 messages per month. You may receive additional messages if you have multiple pets or frequent appointments.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can manage your notification preferences at any time in your Ark pet portal under Profile Settings in the Notifications section.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a one time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you opt back in.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Mobile information, text messaging opt in data, and text messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers only as necessary to operate our services, such as communications infrastructure providers, hosting providers, and support vendors. These service providers are not permitted to use mobile opt in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
